Class Plays

Beowulf and Singing Stone plays

Monday  we will present our 2 class plays. You don't need to memorize your lines, but be familiar with them. You will earn 20 marks by participating in 2 ways:

• act or read a part (may have no lines, just actions)
• make or bring a costume item or prop (robe, cape, sword, shield, crown, moon, baby, little "men" to eat, "bones" to spit out, Grendel's hairy arm, monster masks, treasure, party "drinks" and feast "foods", etc. or design a back drop (swamp, castle, starry night?)

Everyone will be expected to fill out a sheet briefly retelling each story line (beginning, middle and end) by the end of the period, so be sure to follow along!
It should be fun.
